Choosing the right type
Combi boilers heat water on demand and need no tank, which suits most flats and smaller houses. System boilers work with a hot water cylinder and suit larger homes with more than one bathroom. Regular boilers use a tank in the loft and a cylinder, and are usually kept where a house already has that layout. We size the boiler to your property rather than selling you the biggest one.

Getting a quote
Call or message us with your address, your current boiler and how many bathrooms you have. Photos of the boiler, flue and where the pipes run help us give an accurate price.

How much does a new boiler cost?
Boiler replacements start from £1,399 fitted. The final price depends on the boiler you choose, the flue position and any pipework changes.
How long does an installation take?
A like-for-like combi swap is usually done in a day. Moving the boiler or changing the type of system can take longer, and we will say so in the quote.
Who signs off the installation?
A Gas Safe registered engineer installs it and notifies the installation for building regulations compliance.
