How a repair visit works
- Call or message usTell us the make of boiler and what it is doing. Photos or a short video on WhatsApp help us come prepared.
- DiagnosisThe engineer inspects the boiler, reads any fault codes and carries out combustion analysis where needed. Diagnostics start from £75.
- Fixed price before work startsYou get a written price for parts and labour. Nothing is fitted until you agree.
- Repair and safety checkWe fix the fault, test the appliance and leave it working safely.
If you smell gas, turn off the gas at the meter, open windows and doors, avoid switches and naked flames, and call the National Gas Emergency Service free on 0800 111 999. Then call us for the repair.
Is it worth repairing or replacing?
Most faults are worth repairing. If the boiler is old, keeps failing or parts are no longer made, we will tell you honestly and can quote for a new one. See boiler installation.

Our diagnostic visit starts from £75. Once the fault is found you get a written price for any parts and labour before work begins.
Do you repair all boiler makes?
We work on Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Glow-worm, Potterton and Viessmann boilers, among others.
Are you available at night and weekends?
Yes. We take emergency calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
